Burnout Mapping is a structured orientation conversation for leaders and HR teams who want to understand where pressure is accumulating and what kind of response is proportionate before acting.
Eudaimonia is a separate development programme for young managers, focused on building leadership capability while learning how burnout develops and how to work sustainably over time.
